Attorney Chang is one of the best lawyers I've ever met. He resolved my immigration case which was a bit of a challenge very efficiently that most lawyers either did not have the right knowledge to proceed or could not have handled better. I'm an American citizen and my wife (was) an immigrant. Wen-Kuei aka William helped us apply for permanent residency. What I appreciate the most is William's organization. It was a very reassuring feeling working with him. Every once in a while, he would send us an email letting us know what he's ...working on. If he needed legal documents, he'd send a concise list of items he needed. Also, if we had an upcoming appointment (for biometrics or what not), he would send us an email reminding us the upcoming date. William had the whole immigration process planned out so well.
