Mr. Milligan specializes in workers compensation law, and has extensive experience in the area of employment law and civil litigaton

Mr. Milligan graduated from USC Law School in 2000, where he was Senior Articles Editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He graduated from University of California at San Diego in 1996, where he was on the Provost's Honors List. He has been published in the California Lawyer and other publications, and has several published cases. He has also lectured on various wage and hour topics.

Mr. Milligan has been selected as a "Southern California Super Lawyers: Rising Star" by Law & Politics and Los Angeles Magazine for 2011. "Rising Stars" are "outstanding, emerging attorneys in Southern California," under 40 years of age. The final list includes less than 3 percent of the Southern California Bar.

Mr. Milligan is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before all of the Federal District Courts in California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Milligan is also a member of the American Bar Association and Los Angeles County Bar Association.
