Gregory Bakeer promised me that if I filed a bankruptcy my home would not be foreclosed. He charged me a non-refudable $3,000.00 retainer plus $1,000.00 per month. I was forced into a bankruptcy I didn't want, lost over $10,000.00 in attorney fees, and my house was still foreclosed on. I feel I got s...cammed.

Mr. Barker and his partner Eric Camiling just want to collect your $3500. I asked them if they would they return 50% of the money in case the BANK denied my LOAN MODIFICATION. They gave me the run around & then transfered to the "supervisor". She was just giving the same run around. Do not pay all mo...ney upfront!!!!!!!! They refused nto return my unearned retrainer. Gregory Baker was suspended by the state bar for failure to render competent legal services, among other charges.

Mr. Baker was disciplined by the state bar for defrauding homeowners. When I hired him and his partner Eric Camiling, they promised to stop the foreclosure. Instead, they just took my non-refundable $3,000 retainer (that also included payments of $1,000 per month) and did no work. They would not l...et me see my file or provide me a copy of my file. They would not take or return my phone callls. I later found out that no work was done at all, and that the state bar prohibited Mr. Baker from practicing due to a suspension.

Mr. Baker promised me a loan modification. I paid money up front and a monthly fee. Nothing was done. I asked to see my file and was denied access. I asked his partner Eric Camiling for a refund of the "unearned" retainer and to stop work on the file, and was denied. The state bar suspended Mr. ...Baker for fraudulent acts.

I used Gregory Baker and Eric Camiling to do a loan modification for me as advertised. Mr. Baker took my $3,000.00 up front retainer and also required a payment of n$1,000.00 per month. No work was done on the file. No efforts were made to obtain a loan modification. My phone calls were not retu...rned. When I would visit the office, Neither Mr. Baker nor Mr. Camiling were present. The office was later shut down by the state bar and Mr. Baker agreed to a suspension of his license.
