Big Mistake

Gregory Baker and his law company, Realty Group & Consulting, created a sham office. Mr. Baker ripped me off and took my money for no services performed. Mr. Baker let multiple people use his credentials to file bogus bankruptcy petitions to temporarily halt the foreclosure process. Realty Group a...nd Gregory Baker have filed “bad faith” bankruptcy petitions on behalf of clients, many of whom had no idea those documents had been filed in their names. This conduct is outrageous. By promising to help distressed homeowners fight foreclosures, Realty Group and Baker bilked me out of thousands of dollars in supposed legal fees and the I ended up losing my home anyway. The State Bar suspended Baker for ripping off consumers like me.

Poor

Gregory Bakere's firm, known as Realty Attorney Group APC and Realty Group & Consulting LLC, gave false hope to dozens of clients whose homes were already in foreclosure. Many of the clients’ homes had already been sold. In return for thousands of dollars in fees, the firm filed shell petitions in ...U.S. Bankruptcy Court that only delayed the inevitable loss of the clients’ homes. Mr. Baker was my attorney and filed a sham bankruptcy petition.

Sloppy

Gregory Bakeer promised me that if I filed a bankruptcy my home would not be foreclosed. He charged me a non-refudable $3,000.00 retainer plus $1,000.00 per month. I was forced into a bankruptcy I didn't want, lost over $10,000.00 in attorney fees, and my house was still foreclosed on. I feel I got s...cammed.

Very bad

Mr. Barker and his partner Eric Camiling just want to collect your $3500. I asked them if they would they return 50% of the money in case the BANK denied my LOAN MODIFICATION. They gave me the run around & then transfered to the "supervisor". She was just giving the same run around. Do not pay all mo...ney upfront!!!!!!!! They refused nto return my unearned retrainer. Gregory Baker was suspended by the state bar for failure to render competent legal services, among other charges.
