Gregory Alan Baker

My prior atorney Gregory Baker was suspended by the state bar for defrauding homeowners. I was one of those homeownsers who were defrauded. I paid thousands of dollars and no work was done. I then lost my home, yet nothing was done. I was not kept informed and I was not permitted adccess to view ...my file.

Mr. Baker did not appear at my court appearances although he was my attorney of record. He was not in the office when I appeared at the office, even though he maintained a formal office space. He did not return my phone calls. He said that he did not do loan modifications, yet he was specifically hir...ed to do my loan modifiation. When mr. baker left the Realty law group (his prior law firm) he took my file with him (without my consent) and then the new attorney with Attorney law Group signed a substitution of attorney to be my new attorney. I wanted the new attorney to take over but Gregory wanted to keep my file. The attorneys fought over my file even though I did not want mr. baker as my attorney any more. I had 2 attorneys, but did not want gregory baker anymore, but mr. baker would not release my file. Then I find out mr. baker was suspended by the california bar.

Gregory Bakere's firm, known as Realty Attorney Group APC and Realty Group & Consulting LLC, gave false hope to dozens of clients whose homes were already in foreclosure. Many of the clients’ homes had already been sold. In return for thousands of dollars in fees, the firm filed shell petitions in ...U.S. Bankruptcy Court that only delayed the inevitable loss of the clients’ homes. Mr. Baker was my attorney and filed a sham bankruptcy petition.

Gregory Bakeer promised me that if I filed a bankruptcy my home would not be foreclosed. He charged me a non-refudable $3,000.00 retainer plus $1,000.00 per month. I was forced into a bankruptcy I didn't want, lost over $10,000.00 in attorney fees, and my house was still foreclosed on. I feel I got s...cammed.

Worst mistake I've ever made. He took the don't call me I'll call you attitude toward my case. I was informed by his partner Eric Camiling that no work had been done on my case- Gregory Baker had previously missed two court appearances. I had to constantly call to get updates on my case. He was an h...our and a half late to my court appearance. Not a trustworthy person!
