Gregory Alan Baker

Gregory Baker was disciplined/suspended by the state bar for misleading and misrepresenting consumers. He misled me. I was a client and he promised to save my home that was in foreclosure. Instead, all he did was demand a large $3,000.00 upfront retainer and then constantly demand $1,000.00 paymen...ts each month. He took advantage of me and took my life savings. He did nothing and neither did his partner Mr. Camiling. He would not let me see my file and would not return my phone calls.

Mr. Baker did not appear at my court appearances although he was my attorney of record. He was not in the office when I appeared at the office, even though he maintained a formal office space. He did not return my phone calls. He said that he did not do loan modifications, yet he was specifically hir...ed to do my loan modifiation. When mr. baker left the Realty law group (his prior law firm) he took my file with him (without my consent) and then the new attorney with Attorney law Group signed a substitution of attorney to be my new attorney. I wanted the new attorney to take over but gregory wanted to keep my file. The attorneys fought over my file even though I did not want mr. camiling as my attorney any more. I had 2 attorneys, but did not want eric camiling anymore, but mr. camiling would not release my file.

My prior atorney Gregory Baker was suspended by the state bar for defrauding homeowners. I was one of those homeownsers who were defrauded. I paid thousands of dollars and no work was done. I then lost my home, yet nothing was done. I was not kept informed and I was not permitted adccess to view ...my file.

Mr. Barker and his partner Eric Camiling just want to collect your $3500. I asked them if they would they return 50% of the money in case the BANK denied my LOAN MODIFICATION. They gave me the run around & then transfered to the "supervisor". She was just giving the same run around. Do not pay all mo...ney upfront!!!!!!!! They refused nto return my unearned retrainer. Gregory Baker was suspended by the state bar for failure to render competent legal services, among other charges.
