Horrible

Gregory Baker continued to represent me after I fired him and substituted in another attorney. He keppt demanding that I pay him more money after I fired him and his partner eric camiling. He wanted to be paid for the work that the new attorney performed. Stay away.

Misled

Mr. Baker misled me by insisting that he could save my home when he knew that was not his intention. He just wanted to collect his non-refundable retainer and take my money.

Big Mistake

Gregory Baker and his law company, Realty Group & Consulting, created a sham office. Mr. Baker ripped me off and took my money for no services performed. Mr. Baker let multiple people use his credentials to file bogus bankruptcy petitions to temporarily halt the foreclosure process. Realty Group a...nd Gregory Baker have filed “bad faith” bankruptcy petitions on behalf of clients, many of whom had no idea those documents had been filed in their names. This conduct is outrageous. By promising to help distressed homeowners fight foreclosures, Realty Group and Baker bilked me out of thousands of dollars in supposed legal fees and the I ended up losing my home anyway. The State Bar suspended Baker for ripping off consumers like me.

Shell Game

Mr. Gregory Baker was my attorney. Then another attorney signed on with a substitution of attorney. I had 2 attorneys asking me for money. When Mr. Baker left Realty Law Group he took my physical file with him without my permission. This was wrong. The new attorney then said he needed the file, ...but Baker would not give it to him. This was wrong. Baker wanted to keep my file so he could continue to bill be with monthly non-refunedable retainers. This was wrong. Then Baker denied that he had my file. It was a mess and totally unprofesional.

Unethical

Gregory baker was my attorney. He was suspended by the state bar for unethical acts against clients. He made false promises to me to save my home and took my money knowing that these were false promises.
