My I-130 petition was terminated many years ago. I let that happened because at that time there’s no way to move forward with my petition due to the 3 to 10 year bars. After so many years the I-601A waiver came out. I took that opportunity to try to re-open my case. I know that I have a complex ...case and so I decided to consult an attorney known as attorney of last hope. Hoping that he’ll be able to help me with this case but unfortunately he said he can’t help me because my I-130 petition has been terminated. My last hope crushed. I felt so down and disappointed because I thought that’s the end of everything with my case and I’ll be forever out of status in this country. My husband and I hired Susu to file my husband's green card application. Her work was first-rate, and we highly recommend her! We chose to file our application on relatively "short notice" and our situation included some challenges (age gap, residences in two different parts of the state); howeve...r, Susu helped us to assemble an extremely strong application. Even though our timeline to filing was short, Susu completed all of the forms and reviewed all of the documents carefully and thoroughly. Her advice for specific supporting evidence to include with our application was invaluable. She was incredibly responsive throughout the process--always replying to email queries within hours (even outside of regular business hours!). She is fluent in Mandarin, which was much appreciated by my husband when he needed a feeling of complete clarity on complicated questions related to his visa.
