Susu D'Andrea

Susu advises and represents clients in a broad range of U.S. immigration matters, including EB-5 investor applications, family and employment immigration law. This includes temporary and short-term work visas, business visas, permanent residence (employment-based and family-based) and naturalization. Susu also has significant experience in business and corporate matters, and has advised small to large, multinational businesses on entity formation, corporate governance, and compliance matters.

Prior to joining D'Andrea Law Corporation, Susu worked for Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP. Susu was a member of the EB-5 Immigrant investor team where she assisted foreign investor clients on the requirements and ramifications of the USCIS EB-5 program. 

During law school, Susu was a part of the Immigration Law Clinic where she represented children and victims of domestic violence in U visa cases and Special Immigration Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases. Susu also clerked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and she served as a Research Assistant to faculty.
