I came to California in 2010 and worked with Michael Friedman Attorney for 9 years and getting no results, he told me it was in process. I changed to Chadwick, Hwu & Huang in 2019 and after 4 years and getting no results, just wait it in process. My husband found an Immigration Attorney, D'Andrea La...w Corp. , in Glendora, Ca which was close to our home. He hired Robert D'Andrea in late 2023. In May2024, he recommended filing a Writ of Mandamus against the Federal Government. That was done by Attorney Susu D'Andrea and just before the 2 month time period required for the Government to respond I received an email which stated to appear on July 2, 2024 at the USCIS Office in downtown LA. Susu had another attorney represented us in the hearing at 10:00am. The interview took about an hour and after 1 hour the interviewer came out and said we would hear from him within 3 weeks. On July 15, 2024, after only 13 days, I received a Permanent Resident (Green Card). My son received his card on the same day. It was an unbelievable experience and I can't thank the D'Andrea Law Corp. and especially Susu D'Andrea enough!
