I have passion for immigration law and strive to find legal ways to help my fellow immigrants come to, or remain in, America the land of opportunities. I have been through the difficult immigration process myself, so I can empathize with fellow prospective immigrants in ways that many other US-born immigration attorneys might not able to. I am committed to all immigration cases I decide to take on because winning can change a family's life, as it has changed mine. At Shyr Law Firm, we believe in quality over quantity, so our firm only has limited client intake every month. Clients communicate directly with me throughout the entire case. Exceeded all expectations

It was also important to display your genuine rehabilitation and your desire for a better future for your daughter. You did very well at the green-card interview and said everything we prepared beforehand, so give yourself some credit!

Your case was very tricky indeed, and ever since Trump imposed stricter policies on all H-1B cases, it wasn't surprising that your previous lawyer was unsuccessful, as many other immigration lawyers were receiving huge waves of H-1B denials. Luckily, very early on, I've figured out a full-proof strategy of dealing with such recent H-1B transfer denials. I also have to thank you for being on top of things and your employer for being so accommodating to my strategy.
