I have passion for immigration law and strive to find legal ways to help my fellow immigrants come to, or remain in, America the land of opportunities. I have been through the difficult immigration process myself, so I can empathize with fellow prospective immigrants in ways that many other US-born immigration attorneys might not able to. I am committed to all immigration cases I decide to take on because winning can change a family's life, as it has changed mine. At Shyr Law Firm, we believe in quality over quantity, so our firm only has limited client intake every month. Clients communicate directly with me throughout the entire case. Best Money I Ever Spent
My husband and I have three kids here. He is illegal and I was freaking out that he would be deported after Trump became president. I'm glad you came to us sooner than later to fix his paperwork before Trump carried out all of the ICE raids. Although it was a tough case from start to finish, I just wanted to thank you for being optimistic along the whole way and being responsive to all of the information and documents we needed. By the way, the lawyer term for the waiver we did for your husband is called "I-601A Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver."
