When the case first began, I tried to go about it without an attorney but quickly did I learn that it is not as easy as it may seem. I knew that it was necessary to find someone who would be able to fight for me and Mrs. Gnekow was the perfect attorney. She took the time to hear out how the case was ...going and caught up like if she had been there the whole time. The entire team was up to date so it made it easier when communicating and every time new events came afloat. Attorneys may not always be available because they have multiple cases but that’s when the efforts of a good team come in to play because they were sure to update Mrs. Gnekow. Don’t hesitate, retain Mrs. Gnekow as soon as you need her. Even during a pandemic, while the courts were short staffed and missing paper work or messing up schedules and transcripts (Which I can verify were errors within the courts) Vanessa fought and fought to to get us back on track and make sure ...we stayed on track during our rocky trial. Her staff is friendly and helpful. If you have questions they’ll make sure you’ll get an answer. Definitely worth every penny. When things get tough you need Mrs. Gnekow on your side. It is not common for the father to gain full custody of his child but this law firm made it happen. My attorney was Vanessa and she was so helpful and very aggressive when need be.
