I had a most ugly situation happen a few weeks ago. Someone, or a group of people planned, then executed an astonishing fraud on one of my bank accounts. I hit a wall at this point, having reached the limit of my knowledge and having been set upon by those highly skilled in breaking people, and then shaking them down, to cover for their ineptitude. Who do you call in a situation like this? I needed a lawyer, but what kind of lawyer? The California Bar Association lists no specialty for dealing with thug bankers.
