During the process we had direct access to text him and his team any questions that we had. Sending over documentation was an easy process also. All of them were great with communication. Elizabeth was always very prompt with responses. As it came time to sign documents Terrence and his team were very patient with arranging times that worked best around my wife’s and mines busy work schedules. Our meeting of the creditors was held via zoom. Terrance was prompt and prepared us with the proceedings for the zoom. Everything went smoothly and we received our discharge order. I have had sleepless night for years due to families financial hardship. I originally reached out to approx 5 different BK attorneys 2 years before filing chapter 7. I had no knowledge of BK. I wasn't clear what assets would be protected including my home. Terrence was the only attorney who too...k the time to answer all my questions. It was very very tight figures when it came to if my home would be 100% protected under homestead. When other attorneys said that I "might" be ok, lets roll the dice, Terrence gave me specific answers to my questions and suggested that it might be a possibility that the home prices could rises during the chapter 7 filing that might put my home at risk. He advised that it might be a good idea to wait till next year to file when homestead protection figures would increase. He told me this even after I already gave him a deposit retainer fee. When most attorneys would try to earn the business right then and there, Terrence had my families best interest over his own profit. I waited another entire year before reaching out to him again to file. He looked over my entire finances again and suggested that we should now be ok to file, since homestead figures came in higher for the new year to 100% protect my home. The hardest part was gathering all the necessary documents to file but they made it very easy with a clear check list of items I needed. Terrences's assistants Liz & Alicia took over at this time to complete all the court documents to file. Liz & Alicia was very pleasant to deal with and they responded to any of my questions / inquires in a very expeditious manner at all times. Almost exactly two months after we filed, I received the good news that all my debt was discharged!!! My entire BK process was little over 2 years. 2 years of stress but when it came to actually pulling the trigger to file, it was rather a surprisingly a smooth sail and easier process then I anticipated. I am so lucky I found Terrence to help us with the most important decision I've ever made in my life & so blessed that my family now has a 2nd chance fresh start to our finances. I hired Terrence back in Oct. 2019, i had over 100k debt all due to medical bills and small CC. i was scared to file because they say all this negative stuff about filling BK, but it was the best thing i did, Terrence explained the whole process of filling and assured me everything would ok.
