I have had sleepless night for years due to families financial hardship. I originally reached out to approx 5 different BK attorneys 2 years before filing chapter 7. I had no knowledge of BK. My entire BK process was little over 2 years. 2 years of stress but when it came to actually pulling the trigger to file, it was rather a surprisingly a smooth sail and easier process then I anticipated.
