She was the greatest! I would hire her in a minute if I had a need for an attorney. She assured us as to what she could and would do and she did it!

I'd re-hire her in a heartbeat.
I hired Ms. Hartog to represent me in my divorce. I can honestly say that it is a shame she does not practice more areas of the law because I would prefer to have her team handle all of my affairs. She is fair and honest, and her fees are very reasonable. I have felt very comfortable with her and ...

Be Aware
BE AWARE I went to see Diane about a family law matter paid her 250.00 for consult fee she gave me no info but continued to say I need more info. The following week I called to go in and pay retainer and she said she wasn’t taking my case. It must be nice to sit around and collect retainer fees and n...
This complaint is false and misleading. This individual consulted with me and paid the consultation fee, which is one half my hourly rate. I spent one hour with her and reviewed the documents she brought to me. I asked for additional information, which she provided. I spent an additional hour reviewing the documents she brought to me at no additional charge, and upon review concluded that I could not help her. I explained that I would not have handled her request in the manner in which her former attorney handled it and as such, I declined to take her case. If I thought I could help her, I would have taken the case. This individual did not pay a retainer; she paid a consultation fee which everyone pays if they want to consult with me.
"Diane is a consummate professional. She is phenomenal and is always a challenging and respectful opposing counsel. She understands family law courts and how to manage a case with opposing counsel."
