Replied last June 02, 2016The file was ready within the week and has since been picked up. It is unfortunate that this negative review is a result of the client not honoring their contract. This client told me in no uncertain terms that they would be leaving a negative review as soon as they figured out how. The way this review is written makes it appear as though this client is on monitored and supervised visitation; which is not the case. This client was put in a position of strength, a position they are still in. As is typical with many clients who fail to honor their contract and are reminded of their obligation, the complaints about “nothing being done” are tossed around. I do care about the children and I wish this client all the best.
