The Law Offices of Miles & Hatcher in my opinion based upon my personal experience dealing with them has been nothing but professional and stellar. Mr. Hatcher has directly played a major role in my family’s life due to his legal representation. Mr. Hatcher handled two of my divorces, a prenuptial ag...reement and WON custody of my children. His diligence, knowledge, and strategic maneuvers in and out of the courtroom allowed justice to be served on my behalf when it appeared that all hope was lost when the cards were stacked against me. I have and continue to highly recommend the services of the Law Office of Miles & Hatcher to several of my personal friends that were in need of stand up competent lawyers that really care about their clients.

Excellent job in a personal injury case.

I hired the Law Offices of Miles & Hatcher to represent me and my wife in a personal injury case. The insurance company of the person that rear ended us questioned the legitimacy of our claim and told us that we would not be compensated for the injuries suffered from the accident. Mr. Hatcher repr...esented us and not only got all our medical bills paid, he made sure our car was repaired and arranged a generous settlement for the pain and suffering we experienced as a result of the accident. I would highly recommend the Law Offices of Miles & Hatcher to our friends and will definitely call them if I ever need legal representation in the future.

My case is still ongoing, and can't give details, but I will say that I made the right choice retaining Mr. Hatcher to handle my divorce case with absolutely no regrets whatsoever.

My Divorce

I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Everyone in the office was kind, patient and understanding. From the paralegal work to the actual hearing i felt like every aspect of my case was as important to them as it was to me. This was not the experience i had had with other attorneys and it ...was a pleasant new feeling. They truly went above and beyond for me and helped me get through this difficult situation with grace and dignity. I had a divorce and a legal name change handled by the firm and both were handled quickly and professionally with very little i had to do on my own and even the things i did need to handle myself, i was walked through what i needed to do and that helped ease my anxiety about the situation. Being estranged (abandoned really) at the time, my funds were very tight, but they worked with me on a fair price. We came up easily with something i could afford, there was no haggling with me and again, even though i was not in a great financial situation at the time, i felt like they took my case seriously. Having dealt with other divorce attorneys for this case and in the past I was happy to find Miles & hatcher. I felt my best interest was absolutely their first priority throughout the entire process.

Far beyond my expectations

Cornell's superior knowledge of the law and meticulous strategic planning was crucial to my obtaining 50/50 custodial guardianship of my two daughters. Cornell has listened to my needs and concerns and went beyond what I could have hoped for during this difficult situation. He is professional, detai...l-oriented, responsive and always has my best interest in mind. He negotiated the sale of my home when my ex spouse was not being cooperative, and made custody arrangements for the best interest of my children and myself. Cornell is very aggressive and effective at court hearings, and when negotiating with my spouses attorneys. Cornell is very straight forward and takes his time explaining my options and gives me excellent guidance. I am very pleased with the outcome thus far!
