I graduated from California State University with a Bachelor's Degree. I then went on to study law at Western State University School of Law where I received my Juris Doctorate. I was admitted to the California State Bar in June, 1982.
Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked as a Worker's Compensation adjuster and received my certification for Permanent Disability Rating.
I am currently a member of the Eastern Bar Association. I am also a Panel Attorney for the San Gabriel Valley Lawyer Referral Service and have served as an Arbitrator for the San Gabriel Valley Lawyer Referral Service Arbitration Panel.

Loya was not competent on my case. He should not have taken my case if he did not know what he was doing. His recommended advice was horrible. I had to hire another lawyer, to take over. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.
