Our firm started in 1994 with my brother Thomas Kendall as a sole practitioner, and myself as the paralegal. The practice grew to include two offices plus several attorneys and paralegals. As a family law paralegal, I spent ten years handling dissolution of marriage, paternity disputes, custody battles, support litigation with Department of Child Support Services, and appeals arising out of these matters. While in law school, I interned and made court appearances for the Department of Child Support Services.
In 2004, I became licensed as an attorney on my first sitting for the bar. In 2008, the office was changed to a partnership with Thomas. From 1994 until 2006, our firm primarily focused on fathers’ rights. Since 2006, due to positive changes in legislation and judicial attitudes, our firm has shifted to focusing on parental rights and custody and support issues.
I have been involved in activities like Minor’s Counsel Court Appointments, Los Angeles County Mediation Panel Attorney, and Pro Bono work for County Legal Aid. I’m also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the San Bernardino County Bar Association, and the East/West Family Law Bar.

She will convince you to accept whatever the other party offers. She doesn’t even make sense while she speaks those few words in court...

Saved Me
Family law is one of those areas where the judge can just do whatever they want despite the facts - this is where you want a lawyer who understands more than just the law - one who understands the system and its parts. When I was hit with an ex parte order from my ex of 7 years who moved to Cali...

Family Law Attorney Provides Excellent Results with Reasonable Fees
Kristina handled a family members case at the very last minute prior to the hearing date. On the day of the hearing, she was prepared, knew the facts very well. During this emotional time she kept my family informed and we were happy with the results. We may need her again and if so, I would recom...

Horrible, incompetent "attorney"!
Ms. Kendall-Gkikas is an extremely incompetent attorney, who should not be practicing law, especially an intricate subdivision of Family Law. Her incompetence, lack of knowledge cost me not only years of turmoil in family court, but due to her negligence, I incurred erroneous/frivolous arrearages in ...
