Kevin Douglas Jamison

Kevin Jamison, the lead principal, is transitioning from a mid-level litigation firm, where he served as a partner, gaining a wide range of legal experience. Mr. Jamison utilizes over 15-years of litigation experience in dealing with personal injury, business litigation and family law issues. Personal injury representation includes injuries, wrongful death, horrific injury, legacy liability and asset protection. Family law clients utilize Mr. Jamison’s experience in pre-marriage planning, mediation and divorce. He also assists clients in estate planning, focusing on all phases of the life cycle – income, estate and property tax implications, asset protection and ultimately probate. Mr. Jamison has a wide range of transactional experience, which includes negotiating mergers and acquisitions, engaging franchise law, franchise-related litigation, and general litigation. He is a former corporate counsel to Jack in the Box, a prominent fast food restaurant chain with numerous franchisees nationwide. Most recently, Mr. Jamison has represented numerous Fortune 50 corporations in matters involving wrongful death, toxic tort, environmental, construction defect, insurance coverage, and personal injury. Furthermore, he previously litigated malpractice claims involving engineers, architects, brokers, accountants, bookkeepers and attorneys. Mr. Jamison has trial experience, trying over 10-cases following completion of the Trial Advocacy Project, a program associated with the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Jamison has appeared in state and federal courts throughout California on many occasions on behalf his clients. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and MBA from San Diego State University, with earned focuses in Finance, Tax and Management.
