The USCIS wanted to deport our client after her immigration petitions with her 2 previous attorneys had been denied. We provided the DHS government attorney and immigration judge with winning arguments ... about why her removal proceedings should be terminated. At the second hearing, the DHS attorney told the judge that she agreed with us, and the judge closed our client's removal hearing. This means that she would not be deported, and we could safely file a new immigration petition for her.
