Jack was instrumental in litigating a property boundary and easement issue with a developer next door. The developer was difficult and his counsel was equally as difficult, failing to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails to the point of even refusing to acknowledge receipt of Jack's emails. A few years ago, after my mother passed away, my family had the task of selling her home. The sale went smoothly until during escrow the neighbor decided to landscape his back yard.
