Sam Leonard Lebovitz

I work in the workers compensation department of a large organization which uses Mr. Lebovitz's law firm. Of all the lawyers we hire, Mr. Lebovitz has been the worse. He is unorganized and doesn't return our calls. He gets into unnecessary (and expensive) disputes with the injured workers and th...eir lawyers. The pursues "issues" and "theories" that no other lawyer would think are relevant. In the end, his "theories" don't result in anything productive -- but they cost us money in legal fees as he pursues them. We avoid using Sam when we can. At one time, Sam may have been a decent lawyer. But, I don't think he is anymore. Maybe he has a very heavy case load which prevents him from giving the time to deal with our needs.
