The woman is incompetent! She offered me the worst "deal" as she called it. Furthermore, she does not keep track of on-going events and send me a "time sensitive" letter by regular mail, requesting a replay in 5 days, when she send it (without certification) and it took 3 days to get here. I had al...ready taken care of this procedure 30 days prior to receiving her letter, which I got on a Friday evening, so there were only 2 days left to file an answer, which would be Saturday and Sunday. When you call her, the line is busy 80% of the time. It appears that she works alone and doesn't have a receptionist to take messages, or answer basic legal questions like professional Lawyers. If you want your case handled efficiently, do not waste your time with this woman.
