I have 15 years experience as an attorney representing clients in difficult cases.
I began my career working with life term prisoners seeking parole. Then, I transitioned into a large criminal defense firm where I drafted motions, tried cases, and argued in the court of appeal. Although successful at the law firm, I started my own law practice to provide a detailed focus on each of my client's cases.
At the Law Office of David Reagan, I earned a strong local reputation for helping clients expunge convictions, reduce felonies, and seal arrest records. Some of my unique clean record cases include enforcing plea agreements, obtaining certificates of rehabilitation, and arguing in the California Supreme Court. As a court appointed attorney, I defended criminal charges and negotiated plea deals or dismissals. Simultaneously, I represented clients in the federal district courts and in the California Court of appeal, typically in habeas corpus petitions for long sentences. In People v. Lee, the court of appeal reversed my client's first degree murder conviction and he was released decades earlier than his original sentence.
My current position is with Abramson Labor Group. I handle plaintiff's employment law cases, building rapport with clients and obtaining significant settlements. I am a top performer and team player.
