I have an online community on autograph collecting where protecting collectors against buying forgeries is the main topic. I was unjustly sued for defamation by an autograph dealer I commented on. I researched attorneys specializing in defamation and free speech issues throughout California, heard go...od things about Adrianos Facchetti and spoke with him. Before I retained him I wanted to see him in action, so I went to his next court hearing. Adrianos was representing Yelp! He was perfectly prepared and won the case--and Yelp was awarded thier legal fees and costs. Adrianos represented me equally as well, winning our case and legal fees as well. Not only is Adrianos remarkably good at defamation cases, he's very fair with his fees. I was also impressed that, because he has done so may cases like these, he needs to do less research and already has files with most of the legal cases he needs to site. That reduced my costs by a significant margin. I was so impressed with Adrianos's work that I hired him for another case that is still pending. During the course of that case we realized we would have to depose someone that we hadn't expected to, who had consulted with Adrianos years before. Mr. Facchetti is the go to lawyer for any internet review problems. We had a client with whom we had a financial dispute with and he got all his friends to sabotage us and write libelous reviews.
