“Mario is incredibly knowledgeable about all things IP law — particularly the aspects of IP law that pertain to Amazon sellers. Staff is very informative without overwhelming. An amazing resource for any entrepreneur. Extremely satisfied with this firm — an overall pleasant & professional experience!”
Prior to founding ESQGO, Mario Simonyan built and sold two seven-figure Amazon Private Label brands. Now, he works exclusively with Amazon sellers helping these entrepreneurs navigate intellectual property issues, and the jungle that is Amazon. Given his background as a successful third-party Amazon seller combined with his legal knowledge, he provides a unique multi-faceted approach to any matter online sellers may encounter.
In law school, Mario was selected to be a Certified Law Student at the Small Business Law Center at Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he was awarded the Jefferson Medal, CALI Excellence For The Future Award, and the Witkin Award For Academic Excellence.
During his third-year, Mario served as a Law Clerk at Phillips and Pelly – one of San Diego’s most prominent personal injury firms where he assisted preeminent litigation attorney, Oliver Pelly.
Mario is licensed in California.
