Diana is a registered patent attorney and is licensed to practice law in Florida. Diana's technical expertise is in the pharmaceutical, environmental, biomedical sciences. Diana is registered as a Patent Attorney with the USPTO and is admitted to practice in Federal District Courts in Florida and Texas as well as the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
In 2014, Diana started Mederos Legal, PLLC, in North Florida where she provided individualized and client-focused legal services having a high benefit-cost ratio. Diana enjoyed collaborating with law firms and other solo practitioners as well. Diana now brings the same Mederos Legal service to South Florida.
