Trey Harry Heisler

I personally know Trey to be the best in his field. He did an outstanding job in representing me in a work comp. Case after I was injured at Pacific Bell Telephone Co. I fell while descending a telephone pole in May of 2000. I needed several surgical procedures to repair both shoulders, neck, and b...ack. I am still being treated regularly, and will need further surgeries in the near future. I am treating with Dr. Blaze at S.C.O.I. in Valencia, and with Dr. George J. Thomas lll. None of this would have been possible had it not been for Trey and his expert handling of my case. PacBell fought me for many years, but Trey never gave up on me and never backed down to them. He is a champion that you can rely on to fight you fight when you can't. There is no finer man in my opinion, to get the job done. He is, and will always be my hero. He provided the best defense I could have ever hoped for. Without him I would most likely have given up hope, and possibly my life. He kept me informed, always responding to both immediate and future needs. Trey protected me from the most brutal treatment that was brought on by PacBells hired guns. What seemed like a cut and dry case turned into a nightmare. My fall was captured on video tape, thankfully by PacBell and witnessed by several employees and supervisors that were in attendance . They fought me even though the video proved my case. They treated me badly, but Trey as my advocate was the best choice I could have made.
