About Nadia
Biography
I earned my Juris Doctorate at the University of West Los Angeles as Magna Cum laude, where I received Witkin and Cali awards, and graduated with Honors. I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry at California State University Northridge. During my time at UWLA, I participated in Moot Court Competition. After graduating from law school and passing the Bar on my first try, I volunteered for Harriet Buhai Center for Family Law, where I was able to help indigent families with child custody and other family matters. I was also an extern for a Federal District Court Magistrate who is now an Associate Justice of the Court of Appeal. In the past seven years, I have been a litigator and an advocate in the legal field. I have successfully tried family disputes and child custody and support issues. I have devoted a portion of my time litigating civil and bankruptcy matters. I have completed chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases. I have confirmed chapter 11 plans on my own, where several real properties have been involved. I have avoided second mortgages and reduced the principal mortgage to today’s market value saving my clients millions. My passion is to help people in need and to learn something new every day.
