Elana was a godsend for an awful situation my family and I found ourselves in. Thankfully, the case was dismissed before going to trial and the criminal side was closed. Elana was diligent and extremely responsive as we built a defense should things proceed for the worse. Elana, you saved my butt. I was looking at 6 months in Jail ( that I don't think I would have survived, if I'm being honest with myself). Ms. Goldstein is second to none. Ms. Goldstein took my case to the California Court of Appeals, and didn't just get me a new trial. Her expertise and diligence was the reason why the appellate court actually reversed my conviction, and the trial court was remanded with instruction to DISMISS my cas...e.
