Spitzer has no remorse or regrets about providing a case quote and then blowing past it by 400% , withholding his billings so you never know, and then sending you a bill after you've settled. He ignores any challenge of the billing until after the one year malpractice statute passes and then he sues... his clients, often and regular. He'll hopefully end up in jail.
