Attorney Daniel B Spitzer represented me in 3 lawsuits and 2 other legal matters involving business and commercial matters over a period spanning about 5 years. He usually kept me in the dark about his plans and decisions in my cases and if I called to ask he immediately sent a bill even if he did n...ot respond fully about my affairs. In one case he neglected to argue in trial an important issue that cost me more than half the award. He never tried to settle with the other side and in fact discouraged such approach. Needless to say, this way he enriched himself.
