If you have been in an accident call Anthony! Do not deal with your insurance company without a lawyer. Really, how do you thank someone that has made a moment that is full of stress a thought you no longer think about or have to? One simply can’t. He was always available or called back quickly.... My accident occurred on my way to work, and the other driver cut left in front of me. Total cliché but it all seemed slow motion but in a blink of eye. I didn’t see her coming until impact and once it happened I can remember praying. We were able to move both cars, but my car was totaled. Fluids were leaking and my car was fuming. I had set belt lacerations on my chest. When I called my insurance company they seemed focused only on getting a recording of what happened. They also informed me that the other driver had hired a lawyer, and mentioned she had head injuries. This was within hours of the accident. I was so scared, she never mentioned a head injury. The ambulance arrived and asked if we were both okay, but now she had head injuries. Also, my insurance company didn’t really seem to care about what I was saying occurred. Only if I consented to a recording, and that I may not have enough coverage to cover her injuries. It was at the moment that I realized I needed a lawyer. Why were they telling me this? She cut left in front of me! Yet, my insurance company was only looking at the payout. This is a company I was with for 10 years and that I had called a month prior asking for my age and situation if I had enough coverage.
