Formerly with Manatt, Phelps & Rothenberg; antitrust boutique Blecher & Collins; and appellate firm Horvitz & Levy.
Our firm handles the full range of appellate-related law practice including consulting at the trial court level on issues likely to have significant appellate consequences and handling appeals throughout the state, in both state and federal courts.
I have practiced exclusively as an appellate lawyer since 1990 and am a Certified Appellate Law Specialist (California Board of Legal Specialization).
