Attorney with heart

Norm Pine and his firm were successful with my appeal not once but TWICE. Norm believed in my case from the beginning and it showed in the way he fought for me. My case was against a large public entity with a "treasure chest of resources and money" and yet it didn't compete with the talent of this f...irm. Norm and Beverly Pine have what many attorneys lack, empathy and compassion. As a client this matters because one of the worse things about the judicial process is the waiting. Norm was successful on the first appeal and because of him my case was heard again and this time we won. The public entity tried to appeal and LOST which is how Norm and his team won BOTH appeals. Going through this process was brutal and at times I just wanted to give up. It was Norm and Beverly that reminded me to fight and to not let anyone bully or intimidate me. Having to go through years of litigation is hard and it's difficult to find the good in any of it, Norm was part of the good. Scott Tillett joined the team during my second appeal and his attention to detail and knowledge of the law proved to be an invaluable asset. With the heart of a lion and decades of experience you need not look any further than Norm and Beverly Pine and their talented team. Success starts and ends with them.

"I endorse Norm Pine and his firm. He is a brilliant appellate attorney, he is a great writer and addresses the issues exactly the way the appellate court wants the case handled. He was so comfortable arguing the case as well. If you have a large verdict that you want to protect or defend, definitely hire Norm Pine for your appeal. He's the best! He successfully handled UC Regent's appeal of Dr. Janet Conney's $2.95 Million Verdict for Retaliation, Gender Discrimination at UCLA. We prevailed all the way to the Supreme Court. Thanks Norm Pine!"

"I endorse this lawyer's work. Pine and Pine are successful, creative, knowledgeable and hard-working appellate attorneys. I have been completely satisfied with their legal analysis, both in the consulting work they did on one case and when they handled the appeal in another from start to finish. Their factual and legal arguments are superb, as is their writing and Norman Pine's oral argument skills. They have successfully defended jury verdicts for many outstanding plaintiff's trial attorneys I know. When I want to keep a verdict, I call Pine and Pine."
