I hope this saves people time, money, and stress. I hired Simonyan’s form ESQGO for a dispute with Amazon. A “salesperson” for the form assured me that I had a good case and that they felt strongly that they could resolve the matter to my benefit. The firm is basically an overworked, understaffed hod...gepodge of worthless attorneys and paralegals. Basically, I did all the work for them - they don’t really do any legwork on your part. They ask you to write down what happened and then they pretty much copy and paste your words into a demand letter. When Amazon pushed back, they turned to me to provide an answer to Amazon attorneys. After two letters, they said they weee done with the matter - how’s that for zealous advocacy? When I complained about their piss-poor representation, they offered to send another counter-response to Amazon. Instead, they delayed for over a month, while amazon closed my case due to lack of response from my “attorney.” And instead of sending a counter-response that they kept telling me was in progress, they instead sent me a disengagement letter. Mario Simonyan backs his crappy employees and ignores his clients that he has a duty to represent. Based on his actions, a complaint was filed with the California Bar.

Mario is simply the best. There are few reasons why I believe so. He did not give up when I was completely stuck with one of my expensive products with a legal issue. After straightening out the issue, he even was with me on the 3rd line to speak to Amazon seller support to query them. Unlike other l...awyers, he treats me like his buddy. He is super accessible. He gets back to me with my queries in a very short time via phone or emails. Recently, I added him in FB messenger. I did not expect that he would reply to me in the weekend, but he did. He did not charge me a penny for his cosultations. His fee is not super expensive, but it is not cheap either, it is in between. And I find it very reasonable. I highly recommend him for any legal issue related e-commerce.
