Best lawyer so far...!!!!

It all started when we saw their article in a newspaper about H1b families who are waiting forever to have their priority dates become current and that with EB2 processing, their wait could be cut short big time. Other law firms gave us very hard conditions to qualify for EB2 by Atty Choi and Phil Ab...ramowitz assured us that there are a lot of ways to qualify for EB2 and that I do not need to have a very high annual income to be approved. True enough, the whole family got approved for our green card in 12 months. If we stuck with our H1b processing with another lawyer, we will still be in the waiting game and my daughter who turned 21 would have been out of status. To all families out there who are in the same situation, try talking to Atty. Choi or Phil A. and they might be the answer to all your problems.

Thank you, Thank you and Thank you !!! Excellent Service

It has been a 25 year journey for me to become a legal immigrant here in the U.S. and thanks to Atty. Paul Choi and Phil Abramowitz, I have finally arrived at my destination. I have been to 3 different immigration lawyers and all have told that the only way to adjust my status is to wait for another ...amnesty program. Paul and Phil on the other hand took their time in analyzing my case. They told me that there is a good chance of adjusting my status and explained to me the things that I need to do for my part and what to expect during the entire process. I took my chances with them and it has been the best decision I have made. So the saying, you get what you paid for does not apply to the Law Offices of Paul Choi. When you make your free initial consultation with the law office, you will actually talk to Paul himself. Their fees are reasonable but their services are far and above everyone else

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Paul is a very intelligent attorney and his professionalism is top shelf. In an era of headstrong attorneys who attempt to camouflage their lack of experience and substance with bluster and bravado, Paul exudes the welcome ease of a journeyman counselor who has no shortage of legal skill and courtroom ability. His communications by email and phone are prompt and constructive. He is one of the best professionals with whom I've ever litigated in a civil dispute; and I don't handle criminal matters."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
