It all started when we saw their article in a newspaper about H1b families who are waiting forever to have their priority dates become current and that with EB2 processing, their wait could be cut short big time. Other law firms gave us very hard conditions to qualify for EB2 by Atty Choi and Phil Ab...ramowitz assured us that there are a lot of ways to qualify for EB2 and that I do not need to have a very high annual income to be approved. True enough, the whole family got approved for our green card in 12 months. If we stuck with our H1b processing with another lawyer, we will still be in the waiting game and my daughter who turned 21 would have been out of status.
