Shawn K. Elliott is the greatest lawyer I have ever worked with. A suit was brought against me with regard to an auto accident that took place in 2009. My belief was the other driver was at fault and the insurance will handle it. My daughter and I were able to walk away from the car accident without ...any bodily injury - thank goodness. My car was totaled. I truly felt it was the other drivers fault but little did I know the driver of the other vehicle would start a 2 1/2 year battle in which he wanted to sue me for millions. I was baffled. I was introduced to Shawn and the journey began. The case was not a simple one by any stretch of the means. I was making the LEFT HAND turn and was struck. I had no idea that left hand turn drivers usually get full if not most of the blame placed upon them. I felt strongly I was not at fault and the other driver was speeding which was the cause of the accident. It sounded easy for me to say but in the court of law this is not an easy case to prove innocence. The trial lasted two weeks and the end result was a slam dunk 12-0 win for DEFENDANT - ME. Shawn is an absolutely brilliant lawyer! Apart from his brilliance, he is a man of integrity, tenacity, perseverance and he is unbelievably kind. In fact, his nickname is ROCKSTAR. Shawn stayed in close contact with me and immediately updated me when necessary. He treated me like I was his only client - I felt like family. That takes sincerity and class because I know he is an extremely busy lawyer. He always had the right words to say to comfort me when I was concerned.
