Justin G. Silverman

I practice in all areas of law but focus on employment and personal injury litigation, including claims involving wrongful terminations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and overtime disputes, and injuries/accidents of all types. Without exaggeration, I have taken on hundreds of cases against corporations and insurance companies, large and small, fighting hard to get an award for my clients.

Prior to working in the field of employment and personal injury, I worked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office making connections that have helped me better fight for my clients now.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of California, Davis, and my Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. I additionally studied at the University of Salzburg School of Law in Austria, taking courses in civil rights and constitutional law under current Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.

I am a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association and admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
