Aaron Nathan Colby

I give them 1 star because of the way I was treated after 3 months of Colby Law putting my case together. Colby Law reached out to me after a previous attorney declined my case. They forwarded my info to Colby Law. Colby Law immediately said they would take my case . I swiftly sent them all the infor...mation I had. I explained the employment situation as best as I could. After those 3 months of prep, I was notified by Aaron via a text message at 6:48pm (April 27th 2026) that they will not move forward with my case bc they don’t feel it is strong enough. One hour and 46 minutes prior to the rejection text , Aaron asked me for my former work address and my date of birth year. This information is in my file with Colby Law . Aaron then tells me, “Thank you. I will send you the draft demand letter later this evening or tomorrow.” One hour and 39 minutes later I receive a text from Aaron saying that they could no longer represent me bc they did not feel as though my case was strong enough. If you are looking for an attorney that does not care about you or your time, professionalism, or fair and transparent communication, then Colby Law is for you. The dismissal was so cold. After months of re- traumatizing myself by verbally and physically writing out what happened to me in detail over and over. Only to receive a text message with a generic message and a sign off saying we can no longer speak with you. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm bc time is not a priority to them and your time and trauma is not a priority to them.
