I was dealing with a case that could potentially put me in jail for a year. The police had violated my rights and the court tricked me into waiving some of my rights. A friend of mine recommended Joe to me, so I gave him a call. He was very confident in his ability to battle the DA. We went over the ...case and he assured me that we had a good defense. During the trial, he pointed out all of the illegal things they did to me. They tried to lower the charges so they could still get something out of me, but he was not going to compromise with them. By the end of the trial, the DA had completely dropped the charges and I was free to go. To say the least, I was very happy with Joe's performance as well as the outcome of the trial.

Joseph handled my work comp case. In my search for someone to handle this case I was met with discouraging stories. Mostly how they were never able to get a hold of their lawyer during their case.
