I engaged Mr. Hussain for my Green Card adjustment of status case with some very tight timelines. Prior to finalizing my attorney, I had met with a few attorneys as part of their free consultation sessions to better understand the process and also their approach towards handling my case. Mr. Hussain ...was the most forthcoming with information amongst all of the attorneys that I met with and he was also grounded and realistic in his responses. Additionally, he came across as being very knowledgeable, and his firm's legal fees were very competitive. Considering the time-sensitive nature of my case, I had three objectives in engaging Mr. Hussain and his firm- (a) ensure initial paper work was completed and sent out as soon as possible without any hassles since I resided 45 miles from his office; (b) get my Work Authorization Card in a timely manner in order to ensure continuity at work; and (c) prepare for the Green Card interview. The first objective was met without any repeat info requests and in a timely manner, and we only required one visit to Mr. Hussain’s office to review and sign the docs. The paperwork was handled well by Mr. Hussain and his team and mailed out the next day itself. This was crucial since I received my biometrics appointment within two weeks of the mailing of various forms. Mr. Hussain also provided advice on steps to expedite the process that turned out to be useful. When my Work Authorization card did not ship out after its approval, Mr. Hussain followed up with USCIS and was able to get them to ship the card as soon as possible. And finally, he provided us with very practical and useful advice during our GC interview process and especially dispelled a lot of myths and rumors that put our minds at ease. During the entire process, Mr. Hussain was responsive in a timely manner to my queries.
