The Law Offices of Tania T Pham started in 2012, in hopes of creating a more humane and compassionate immigration process. We provide services that covered family-based Immigration, employment-based Immigration, deportation defense, and naturalization. Prior to starting the Law Offices of Tania T Pham, Mrs. Pham was a partner at the Law Offices of Olender/ Pham for two years serving the Silicon Valley, Orange County and San Fernando Valley.

With over seventeen years of experience in immigrant law and employment litigation experience, the Law Offices of Olender Pham provide service to businesses, individuals and families throughout California.

Mrs. Pham is an entrepreneur and started several businesses before her law career. Her business background uniquely qualifies her to assist our international business clients. She has experience in business finance and valuation and is well suited to assisting foreign companies in preparing business plans and other documents required for E-2 and L-1 new US office applications.

Mrs. Pham holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree in Immigration law from the University of San Diego (USD) with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine (UCI). She is licensed to practice law in Oregon and practices only immigration law in California. Mrs. Pham is fluent in Vietnamese.
