GREAT BANKRUPTCY ATTORNEY

I highly recommend this attorney because he is very bright, experienced, and responsible. I used him many years ago and I was very happy with the outcome of my case. Also, he always returns my calls when I leave a message.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This attorney handled a case for us, and he is absolutely the worst attorney we have ever worked with. We know he sent fabricated bills with exaggerated hours, and neither he nor the office help EVER returned phone calls or emails, despite repeated attempts over several YEARS, yes, years, it took to ...settle the case! And, he didn't help us, at all. We found out later, that we could have won & spent a LOT less money, both to settle the case AND on an attorney. He found out what our worth was first, then billed accordingly!! How do we know?! We knew someone else who used him for a different matter. Disgusting. We found him to be untrustworthy, undependable, and very disorganized. I'd gladly give more information to save even ONE person from what we went through, but want to remain anonymous. Don't trust him. Wouldn't put anything past him. If possible, please do yourself a favor...get ANY other attorney! They're bound to be better. Do not trust this person for a second. Better to be safe than sorry. Oh, and check his record with California State Bar. That should tell you something! AVOID. I cannot stress this enough.

YASPAN LAW WORST FIRM TO WORK WITH

Yaspan's law firm is LITERALLY the WORST law firm that I have ever dealt with. Not only is it impossible to get a returned phone call or even for that matter, a returned email response, but after three weeks of attempting to get a reply from them I received a bill for $1,300....FOR NOTHING. This firm... is a scam and does not provide anything of value. I STRONGLY recommend never working with them unless you feel like donating money to an unworthy cause.
