My only regret besides having to go through this travesty called “Family Law”, is not engaging Robert Borsky from the very beginning.” My divorce took 6 long y...ears to finish from February 2008 to January 2014. Seven attorneys later, it was the divorce from hell that would not end. Having to thank the corrupted “Industry” of California Family Law for that, too much time, energy and all of my resources were completely wasted, only to see my entire family become the victims. I’ve experienced the “super attorney” who was only super at keeping me on the clock as they dragged their feet with delay after delay, only to satisfy their own financial interests, to the attorney who was very hard working and honest but lacked courtroom savvy/experience and the ability to get things done. The other five attorneys were everything else in between. My case was a train running out of control because of bad and/or dishonest representation (or lack of). I met Robert Borsky at a workshop he was heading in 2008 that offered assistance to those who wanted to educate themselves on the subject and process of divorce. I liked his workshop and message and decided to give him a call after being betrayed and abandoned by attorney number 6. My brief experience with Mr. Borsky was a very positive one. Besides being very accessible, he was always well prepared in our meetings both in and out of court and would exercise his ability to collaborate and contribute good ideas which complimented his knowledge of family law and my case. Always fair and honest and fully engaged, he also shared a sensitivity level that really helped me rebuild my confidence towards a resolution to my case especially after six laborious years of litigation. Additionally, he had no problem exercising his bravado in court or asserting himself when dealing with the rouge antics of opposing counsel. In short, I was represented. Robert Borsky pulled it in, got control, then got it done, instead of taking me for a ride. My only regret besides having to go through this travesty called “Family Law”, is not engaging Robert Borsky from the very beginning.
