I hired her for a complex child custody/support case because she seemed to be the only responsive and interested one in my case. After speaking to her I trusted she would be the right lawyer to represent me. My case was filed in correctly and continued and transferred to the right court house. I pai...d thousands for this mistake. She may seem very knowledgable and trustworthy and has a fear pitch but ultimately I was out tens of thousands and my stress level was through the roof because of her mistakes. She doesn't seem very knowledgable or experienced. She was admitted to the CA state bar just in 2011 but will tell you she's been practicing over 20 years. Prior to practicing in Ca she has practiced in Florida which is an entirely different state with different laws. Don't hire her. The results of my case were as if I never hired an attorney in the first place. I could have done all that she did and saved a lot of money. I'm contemplating calling the Bar on her as I feel I was ripped off mislead and conned. What kind of "experienced" attorney files a case incorrectly and then charges you $250/hr for it? She also lied about the retainer agreement every few days I was asked to pay a new retainer of $2000. She offered to do free work as a result of everything and never got back to me.

I contacted this lawyer because initially she seemed the most responsive. She even offered a long personal free consultation on phone and in person, all of which I realize now was a sale pitch. Once she received her retainer she was a completely different person, rude, blunt and basically in it for t...he money. It seemed that she did not understand the complexities of my case at all. I might as well have been dealing with a a complete stranger rather than some one who I poured my whole case out to. She gave me poor advice that lead to my case getting prolonged and more complicated and in the end when I confronted her I was told they were my decisions and it is not her fault if I make bad decisions. I would think that is why I hired a lawyer and gave her thousands of dollars so I get prevented from making bad decisions. If you are looking for a lawyer who will take an interest in your case and would represent you and your interests and is not out to cheat you of every dime than this is not the lawyer you are looking for. She made my divorce even more of a stressful period in my life.
